i dun feel like i’m on holiday.

i met a chlorine man at the pool who said they release less chlorine into the pool during cold weather. i guess thats why it didn’t hurt my eyes that much to swim today.
gokusen is a movie i think only true gokusen lovers will enjoy. utterly cheesy, extremely ridiculous and exaggerated, truckloads of eyecandy to cover all the flaws but extremely lovable characters. only the japanese can produce movies like that.
i love the japanese.
i spent the first of my holidays at ion, in fantastic company, and although the day started out awkward, the rest of the day more than make up for it.
i really wanted to spend this holiday fruitfully, i wanna catch up with my old friends, i wanna earn some dough and i wan to spend more time with my family.
and so i wonder if that’s the reason why for the first time in months, and so coincidentally on the first day of my holidays, i woke up at 8am and didn’t have the urge to go back to bed. i remember i read something in a magazine, and it has stuck in my mind ever since.
people tend to wake up without wanting to crawl back into bed when they have a lot of hopes for that day. if u’re not looking forward to your day, u just tend to want to go back to sleep and try to avoid going through that day.
makes sense right?

ok not intentional on her part, but today she put meat in every single dish. scheming.
i thot this day would never come. finally. welcome holidays! i’ve missed you!
I wait until the whole city is asleep. the streets are quiet. the nite sky is no longer lit up. I just wanna make sure everything is ok, the most ok our world could be (which sadly, isn’t ever 100% ok) - and alongside the buzz of my laptop, I say Goodnite World. We shall continue tomorrow.
this time tmr i’ll be on my way home!

its lonely haha. its the first time i’m staying over alone i realised.
someday maybe i’ll get the courage to chop off my hair.
after which i’ll complain non-stop for two years till my hair grows out long again. we’ll see :)
i can’t believe i squeezed in every single page of my notes into 5 sheets! :)
now i just have to start reading them
maybe its because my eyes aren’t used to not wearing eyeliner.
so looking forward to monday night!
but first i will have to get thru saturday sunday and monday morning :(
